Wheelehan House: This is a large 5 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the Tahoe Park area. It is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc., 52" flat screen HDTV with cable, wireless internet access, stereo with USB/iPod dock, gas woodstove, level access and parking for 4-5 cars.

Enjoy the large deck/patio area to the side of the house which has picnic tables and a gas barbecue (summer only). There's also a horseshoe pit for summer recreation.

This house is walking distance to Tahoe Park's private beach area which offers 2 piers, kids play area, horseshoe pits, bocce ball courts and more! It's also easily accessible to bike trails and walking distance to Sunnyside Restaurant, Firesign Cafe & West Shore Market!!

Close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas.

    This was a great house for our trip with two other families - enough beds for everyone, really spacious downstairs and the huge dining table fit everyone easily. Only complaint was that some of the beds were really saggy and soft - especially the king size bed.

    Great location; queen size beds very comfortable; smaller twin beds were un-sleepable for the adults that tried to sleep in them... Other than that, all ten of us adults that stayed there were very pleased with the house - loved that we could all fit at the table for meals together!

    Very impressed with my stay here. The house is very large and very clean. I was worried two bathrooms for a group of 9 males would be a problem, but it never was. I asked West Lake for a cabin with a grill, a large table for board games, and enough parking space for 3 cars, and wow did they deliver. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked me for a place in Tahoe City.

    My only problem was how small the kitchen was, which only means 2 people can cook at a time, unless you spread it out to the grill, table, and bar area.
